However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Jobson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape (Wicklow), which sold at auction in October 2006 for GBP 4,560.00 (€ 6,813.05).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.057,50 (€ 1.772,92) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 51%. Für andere Arbeiten von John Jobson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape (Wicklow) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für GBP 4.560,00 (€ 6.813,05) versteigert wurde.
