Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of GBP 1,116.25 (€ 1,748.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 24%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Jobson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape (Wicklow), which sold at auction in October 2006 for GBP 4,560.00 (€ 6,813.05).
