all signed, dated `90' and numbered 40/45 in pencil (there were also 12 artist's proofs), published by Cirrus Editions, Los Angeles (with their blindstamp), all framed.

Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Joan Nelson was sold in the Evening & Day Editions auction at Phillips in New York in October 2014. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,192.34). Admittedly, works by Joan Nelson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled #196 in November 2004 with an auction result of USD 19,120.00 (€ 14,420.39).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Joan Nelson wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Evening & Day Editions bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 4.000,00 (€ 3.192,34) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joan Nelson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled #196 im November 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 19.120,00 (€ 14.420,39).
