Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Jacqueline Humphries was auctioned at Phillips in New York in December 2020. It changed hands for a price of USD 94,500.00 (€ 77,269.01) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 70,000.00 – 100,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jacqueline Humphries have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 687,500.00 (€ 609,107.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jacqueline Humphries kam im Dezember 2020 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 94.500,00 (€ 77.269,01) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 70.000,00 – 100.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jacqueline Humphries auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 687.500,00 (€ 609.107,82).
