Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Working Drawing #46 by Ingrid Calame for USD 3,750.00 (€ 2,876.65). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Part II at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ingrid Calame achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hnggnh-Hnggnh-Hnggnh in September 2010 with an auction result of USD 86,500.00 (€ 63,598.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Working Drawing #46 von Ingrid Calame für USD 3.750,00 (€ 2.876,65) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Part II bei Phillips in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ingrid Calame erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hnggnh-Hnggnh-Hnggnh im September 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 86.500,00 (€ 63.598,26).
