Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work #219 Drawing (Tracing Up To L.A. River) by Ingrid Calame for USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,163.71). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ingrid Calame achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hnggnh-Hnggnh-Hnggnh in September 2010 with an auction result of USD 86,500.00 (€ 63,598.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit #219 Drawing (Tracing Up To L.A. River) von Ingrid Calame für USD 6.875,00 (€ 6.163,71) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 7.000,00 – 9.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ingrid Calame erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hnggnh-Hnggnh-Hnggnh im September 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 86.500,00 (€ 63.598,26).
