Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work #318 Drawing (Tracings from Buffalo, NY) by Ingrid Calame for USD 2,500.00 (€ 2,029.22). This price was achieved in the auction on paper | online at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ingrid Calame achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hnggnh-Hnggnh-Hnggnh in September 2010 with an auction result of USD 86,500.00 (€ 63,598.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit #318 Drawing (Tracings from Buffalo, NY) von Ingrid Calame für USD 2.500,00 (€ 2.029,22) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion on paper | online bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ingrid Calame erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hnggnh-Hnggnh-Hnggnh im September 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 86.500,00 (€ 63.598,26).
