Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Myrialma by Håvard Homstvedt was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 16,250.00 (€ 11,913.49) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Håvard Homstvedt have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2010 the work Feeling Man/Diamonds was auctioned for USD 18,750.00 (€ 13,862.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Myrialma von Håvard Homstvedt kam im Mai 2014 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 16.250,00 (€ 11.913,49) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
