A top price for Hans Bayens - as previously expected
The work The Family by Hans Bayens was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2011. It changed hands for a price of EUR 13,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Family is the most expensive artwork by Hans Bayens that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit The Family von Hans Bayens kam im Mai 2011 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 13.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist The Family das teuerste Kunstwerk von Hans Bayens, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
