Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Naakt op tabouret by Hans Bayens was sold in the The Sculpture Sale auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2007. The price achieved of EUR 3,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Hans Bayens have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Family in May 2011 with an auction result of EUR 13,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Naakt op tabouret von Hans Bayens wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion The Sculpture Sale bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Bayens auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Family im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.750,00.
