Admittedly, works by Gordon House have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Diagonal Quarter Red Screen, 1960 in March 2015 with an auction result of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 5,530.21).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 384,00 (€ 555,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gordon House auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Diagonal Quarter Red Screen, 1960 im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 5.530,21).
