It achieved a price of USD 1,536.00 (€ 1,406.59), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gene Kloss achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Indian Dance Procession in an Adobe Plaza in August 2021 with an auction result of USD 27,812.50 (€ 23,569.92).

Die Arbeit In Rancho de Taos von Gene Kloss kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 1.536,00 (€ 1.406,59) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gene Kloss erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Indian Dance Procession in an Adobe Plaza im August 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.812,50 (€ 23.569,92).
