Etching, drypoint and aquatint, and drypoint, on wove and BFK Rives paper respectively, each signed in pencil and titled, (K. 517) annotated 'Artist's Proof' (aside from the edition of 50) and (K. 545) numbered 25/35, each with margins. (2)

Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Sundown; Rabbit Hunters On The Way 2 by Gene Kloss for USD 892.50 (€ 753.29). This price was achieved in the auction Prints & MultiplesFeaturing the Arthur N. Gilbert Collection at Bonhams in Los Angeles and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gene Kloss achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Indian Dance Procession in an Adobe Plaza in August 2021 with an auction result of USD 27,812.50 (€ 23,569.92).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sundown; Rabbit Hunters On The Way 2 von Gene Kloss für USD 892,50 (€ 753,29) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints & MultiplesFeaturing the Arthur N. Gilbert Collection bei Bonhams in Los Angeles erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gene Kloss erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Indian Dance Procession in an Adobe Plaza im August 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.812,50 (€ 23.569,92).
