This work without title by Carlo Mollino was sold in the First Open/NYC auction at Christies in New York in March 2015. The »bidding war« ended at USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,473.89), 41% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Mollino achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Important And Unique Dining Table in October 2020 with an auction result of USD 6,181,350.00 (€ 5,307,246.50).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Carlo Mollino wurde im März 2015 in der Auktion First Open/NYC bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 11.250,00 (€ 10.473,89) und damit 41% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Mollino erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit An Important And Unique Dining Table im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.181.350,00 (€ 5.307.246,50).
