In the Contemporary Art | New York auction, the work City Sun Iii sold for USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,369.97) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00. This high result makes City Sun Iii the most expensive artwork by Budd Hopkins that we have observed at auctions so far.
