A top price for Beatriz González - as previously expected
In May last year Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Day Auction, which included the work Decoración de interiores by Beatriz González. The price achieved of USD 176,400.00 (€ 164,383.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Decoración de interiores is the most expensive artwork by Beatriz González that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Decoración de interiores von Beatriz González zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 176.400,00 (€ 164.383,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden.
