Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Fallen Leaves - A Stroll #1 by Atul Dodiya for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,724.67). This price was achieved in the auction New Now at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Atul Dodiya achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Three Painters in September 2007 with an auction result of USD 541,000.00 (€ 380,476.83).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Fallen Leaves - A Stroll #1 von Atul Dodiya für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.724,67) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Atul Dodiya erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Three Painters im September 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 541.000,00 (€ 380.476,83).
