Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Housetops, 14th Street (Kraeft & Kraeft 66) by Armin Landeck was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2003. The price achieved of USD 1,015.75 (€ 615.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 900.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Armin Landeck have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pop's Tavern in August this year with an auction result of USD 6,048.00 (€ 5,579.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Housetops, 14th Street (Kraeft & Kraeft 66) von Armin Landeck kam im September 2003 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.015,75 (€ 615,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 900,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Armin Landeck auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pop's Tavern im August diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.048,00 (€ 5.579,85).
