In February 2013 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art (Day Auction), which included the work Untitled (Corner) by Anri Sala. The auction ended at the price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,231.13), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Anri Sala have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2010 the work Ghostgames was auctioned for GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,321.86).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Februar 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art (Day Auction) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Corner) von Anri Sala zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 23.231,13) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Anri Sala konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2010 die Arbeit Ghostgames für GBP 20.000,00 (€ 24.321,86) versteigert.
