Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2000 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled (Nude at the base of a cedar) by Anne Brigman for USD 1,410.00 (€ 1,661.56). This price was achieved in the auction Photographs, including Property from the Collection of at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anne Brigman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flame in April 2000 with an auction result of USD 18,800.00 (€ 20,684.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Photographs, including Property from the Collection of bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00.
