Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2015 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Curated, which included the work Walker by Wyatt Kahn. The price achieved of USD 131,250.00 (€ 122,195.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Other works by Wyatt Kahn have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2014 the work Sideways was auctioned for GBP 122,500.00 (€ 156,414.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2015 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Curated durch, in der auch die Arbeit Walker von Wyatt Kahn zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 131.250,00 (€ 122.195,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Wyatt Kahn konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2014 die Arbeit Sideways für GBP 122.500,00 (€ 156.414,80) versteigert.
