In the The Collection of Melva Bucksbaum: Post-War and Contemporary Art, Photographs and Prints auction, the work Cast 1; Cast 15; Cast 22 changed hands for USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,323.69) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Whitney Bedford have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled Iceberg (Purple Floats) in September 2012 with an auction result of USD 8,125.00 (€ 6,320.01).
