Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2017 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work M.D., oltre il linguaggio (M.D. Beyond the Language) by Vincenzo Agnetti. The price achieved of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,654.40) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vincenzo Agnetti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ritratto di abitante (Portrait of a citizen) in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 182,500.00 (€ 255,271.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit M.D., oltre il linguaggio (M.D. Beyond the Language) von Vincenzo Agnetti zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.654,40) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 18.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vincenzo Agnetti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ritratto di abitante (Portrait of a citizen) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 182.500,00 (€ 255.271,92).
