Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Interspazio by Vincenzo Agnetti was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in November 2017. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 90,000.00 – 120,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 93,750.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vincenzo Agnetti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ritratto di abitante (Portrait of a citizen), which sold at auction in October 2015 for GBP 182,500.00 (€ 255,271.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Interspazio von Vincenzo Agnetti kam im November 2017 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 90.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 93.750,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Vincenzo Agnetti mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ritratto di abitante (Portrait of a citizen) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für GBP 182.500,00 (€ 255.271,92) versteigert wurde.
