Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Night Harbour by Trevor Bell was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2019. The price achieved of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,881.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Trevor Bell have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2007 the work Black And White Abstraction was auctioned for GBP 11,875.00 (€ 16,136.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Night Harbour von Trevor Bell kam im März 2019 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.881,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Trevor Bell konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2007 die Arbeit Black And White Abstraction für GBP 11.875,00 (€ 16.136,11) versteigert.
