Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Tom Friedman was auctioned at Phillips in New York in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,286.00 (€ 2,070.65). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tom Friedman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 856,000.00 (€ 645,501.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Tom Friedman kam im April diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.286,00 (€ 2.070,65) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tom Friedman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 856.000,00 (€ 645.501,85).
