Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Suzan Frecon achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in October 2020. In the Editions & Works on Paper auction, the work elements sold for USD 8,190.00 (€ 7,031.85) - well above the upper estimate of USD 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Suzan Frecon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pompeiian persian in September 2021 with an auction result of USD 252,000.00 (€ 217,672.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Suzan Frecon erzielte im Oktober 2020 bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Editions & Works on Paper wurde die Arbeit elements für USD 8.190,00 (€ 7.031,85) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Suzan Frecon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pompeiian persian im September 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 252.000,00 (€ 217.672,97).
