The »bidding war« ended at USD 94,500.00 (€ 83,724.64), 18% above the upper estimate. Other works by Secundino Hernández have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 125,000.00 (€ 144,875.28) in February 2020 for the work without title.
