Sold at the upper estimate price
The work No. 4 from the Silica Sand Series by Ryan Estep was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in New York in March 2015. The auction ended at the price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,965.18), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Ryan Estep have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2014 the work No. 3 From the Silica Sand Series was auctioned for USD 30,000.00 (€ 24,119.63).
