Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2021 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Wired: Online Auction, which included the work Sterilized Dirt RDE 5D BA1 by Ryan Estep. The price achieved of GBP 1,008.00 (€ 1,159.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ryan Estep achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work No. 3 From the Silica Sand Series in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 30,000.00 (€ 24,119.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2021 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Wired: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sterilized Dirt RDE 5D BA1 von Ryan Estep zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.008,00 (€ 1.159,49) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ryan Estep erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit No. 3 From the Silica Sand Series im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 24.119,63).
