It achieved a price of USD 104,500.00 (€ 77,677.84), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 49%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ron Mueck achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Big Baby in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 825,250.00 (€ 912,985.73).
