It achieved a price of USD 302,400.00 (€ 257,515.12), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 21%. Admittedly, works by Richard Pousette-Dart have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blood Wedding in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 2,629,000.00 (€ 2,489,111.91).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 302.400,00 (€ 257.515,12) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 21%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Richard Pousette-Dart auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blood Wedding im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.629.000,00 (€ 2.489.111,91).
