The work Heilung (healing) by Pipilotti Rist was auctioned at Phillips in London in October 2011. The result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,359.65) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pipilotti Rist have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bar in June 2000 with an auction result of GBP 80,750.00 (€ 127,998.69).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Heilung (healing) von Pipilotti Rist kam im Oktober 2011 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.359,65) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pipilotti Rist auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bar im Juni 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 80.750,00 (€ 127.998,69).
