In the From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection auction, the work I've only got eyes for you (Pin down jump up girl) sold for EUR 3,354.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pipilotti Rist achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bar in June 2000 with an auction result of GBP 80,750.00 (€ 127,998.69).
Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pipilotti Rist erzielte im Juni 2021 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection wurde die Arbeit I've only got eyes for you (Pin down jump up girl) für EUR 3.354,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pipilotti Rist erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bar im Juni 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 80.750,00 (€ 127.998,69).
