It achieved a price of USD 44,100.00 (€ 41,392.90), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 47%. Admittedly, works by Philip-Lorca diCorcia have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Storybook Life (The Complete Series) in September 2017 with an auction result of USD 468,500.00 (€ 396,596.97).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 44.100,00 (€ 41.392,90) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 47%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Philip-Lorca diCorcia auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Storybook Life (The Complete Series) im September 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 468.500,00 (€ 396.596,97).
