The result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,562.55) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Philip Colbert achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Painter Portrait 2022 (Sky Blue) in December last year with an auction result of GBP 71,820.00 (€ 81,077.78).
