Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2008 Phillips in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Part II, which included the work Four works: Untitled by Paul Feeley. The price achieved of USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,831.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Feeley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work ACRUX in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 118,750.00 (€ 91,430.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2008 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Four works: Untitled von Paul Feeley zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 10.831,89) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Feeley auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ACRUX im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 118.750,00 (€ 91.430,55).
