Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ancha by Paul Feeley was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2012. It achieved a price of USD 35,000.00 (€ 26,248.69), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Feeley - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work ACRUX, which sold at auction in May 2013 for USD 118,750.00 (€ 91,430.55).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ancha von Paul Feeley kam im März 2012 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 26.248,69) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Feeley mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ACRUX beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für USD 118.750,00 (€ 91.430,55) versteigert wurde.
