Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year Bonhams in New York held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Untitled (Georgian Holiday) by Paul Feeley. The price achieved of USD 38,400.00 (€ 35,203.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Feeley - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work ACRUX, which sold at auction in May 2013 for USD 118,750.00 (€ 91,430.55).
