Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Mode by Nina Beier was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in October 2015. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 13,987.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nina Beier - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Mode, which sold at auction in June 2013 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,097.43).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait Mode von Nina Beier wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 13.987,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Nina Beier mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait Mode beobachtet, die im Juni 2013 für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 32.097,43) versteigert wurde.
