Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bullet Hole by Nate Lowman was auctioned at Phillips in New York in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,302.00 (€ 2,990.94). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nate Lowman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled Marilyn #13 in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 530,500.00 (€ 643,624.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bullet Hole von Nate Lowman kam im April diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.302,00 (€ 2.990,94) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nate Lowman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled Marilyn #13 im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 530.500,00 (€ 643.624,15).
