Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Blackheat by Miroslav Balka was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2017. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,254.14). Admittedly, works by Miroslav Balka have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 180 X 40 X 142 in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 60,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Blackheat von Miroslav Balka kam im März 2017 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.254,14) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Miroslav Balka auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 180 X 40 X 142 im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 60.000,00.
