Signed and numbered 3/20 on the justification in pencil (one of six bound copies from the total edition of 20, there were also 3 artist's proofs), published by Edition Jacob Samuel, Santa Monica.

Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Entering Paradise by Miroslav Balka was sold in the Evening & Day Editions auction at Phillips in New York in April 2019. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 5,579.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miroslav Balka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 180 X 40 X 142 in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 60,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Entering Paradise von Miroslav Balka wurde im April 2019 in der Auktion Evening & Day Editions bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.250,00 (€ 5.579,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miroslav Balka erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 180 X 40 X 142 im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 60.000,00.
