Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Martial Raysse was sold in the The Art of Printmaking | ONLINE ONLY auction at VAN HAM in October last year. It achieved a price of EUR 238.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Martial Raysse achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'année dernière à Capri (titre exotique) (Last Year in Capri (Exotic Title)) in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 4,073,250.00 (€ 4,797,947.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Martial Raysse wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion The Art of Printmaking | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 238,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Martial Raysse erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'année dernière à Capri (titre exotique) (Last Year in Capri (Exotic Title)) im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.073.250,00 (€ 4.797.947,71).
