Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2019 Grisebach held the auction Herbst 2019 - Third Floor, which included the work Akt auf Schachbrett. by Marcel Delmotte. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,250.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,800.00 – 2,400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marcel Delmotte achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Colonnes D’Hercule in February 2019 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,079.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2019 führte Grisebach die Auktion Herbst 2019 - Third Floor durch, in der auch die Arbeit Akt auf Schachbrett. von Marcel Delmotte zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.250,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.800,00 – 2.400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marcel Delmotte erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Colonnes D’Hercule im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 32.079,71).
