Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Laxman Shrestha was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2006. The price achieved of USD 36,000.00 (€ 28,375.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Laxman Shrestha have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2006 the work without title was auctioned for USD 36,000.00 (€ 29,656.48).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Laxman Shrestha kam im September 2006 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 36.000,00 (€ 28.375,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Laxman Shrestha konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2006 die Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 36.000,00 (€ 29.656,48) versteigert.
