This work without title by Laxman Shrestha was auctioned at Christies in September 2021. It achieved a price of USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,036.45), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Laxman Shrestha - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in March 2006 for USD 36,000.00 (€ 29,656.48).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Laxman Shrestha kam im September 2021 bei Christies zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 16.250,00 (€ 14.036,45) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Für andere Arbeiten von Laxman Shrestha mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im März 2006 für USD 36.000,00 (€ 29.656,48) versteigert wurde.
