Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2008 Phillips in London held the auction Contemporary Art Part II, which included the work Two works: Untitled (from the Perdo series) by Konstantin Zvezdochetov. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 27,086.13). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Konstantin Zvezdochetov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Suffering Of The Christians And Savagery Of The Pagans, which sold at auction in November 2013 for GBP 74,500.00 (€ 89,650.78).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2008 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two works: Untitled (from the Perdo series) von Konstantin Zvezdochetov zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 21.250,00 (€ 27.086,13) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Zvezdochetov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Suffering Of The Christians And Savagery Of The Pagans beobachtet, die im November 2013 für GBP 74.500,00 (€ 89.650,78) versteigert wurde.
