A top price for Koh Sang Woo
This artwork by Koh Sang Woo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in September 2020. In the Photographs auction, the work Pierrot Lion sold for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 23,431.58) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. This high result makes Pierrot Lion the most expensive artwork by Koh Sang Woo that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Koh Sang Woo erzielte im September 2020 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Photographs wurde die Arbeit Pierrot Lion für GBP 21.250,00 (€ 23.431,58) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Pierrot Lion zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Koh Sang Woo, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
