Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2019 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Filas (Queues) by Juan Genovés. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 85,000.00 (€ 98,593.90), 21% above the upper estimate. Other works by Juan Genovés have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 151,200.00 (€ 146,469.05) in November last year for the work Columna I.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Filas (Queues) von Juan Genovés zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 85.000,00 (€ 98.593,90) und damit 21% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Juan Genovés haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 151.200,00 (€ 146.469,05) im November letzten Jahres für die Arbeit Columna I beobachtet.
